Jogging bras are made to restrict the breasts
movements, it's the violent up and down movement that needs restricting.
There are 2 types of jogging bras. First there are compression bras
which are most suited to smaller cupped women. These use compression to
push against the chest to restrict the movement of the breasts.
These are usually seamed and one piece.
For a C cup and higher you need an
encapsulation bra. As the name suggest these encapsulate or support
each breast. Each breast has their own cup specially molded. They give
the best support for larger breasted women. Whatever bra you choose
it's important to get the right size as too small will restrict your
lungs and breathing as well as your breasts.
A good jogging bra is not cheap, expect to pay
around $35 and upwards. The thing is they are a great investment, the
last thing you want to do is lose your shape for the sake of a few
dollars by wearing a normal bra instead of a jogging bra. Also jogging
with everything bouncing all over the place is uncomfortable and
doesn't look good. Be sure to invest in a good jogging bra, it's worth
it in the end.
